Box Office Policies

The Unison Office is generally open Monday–Friday, 10 am–4 pm. For performances, the box office in the lobby is open half an hour prior to showtime.

Reservations require pre-payment, either in person or over the phone. You can inquire about a reservation using email (each page has a link), and we will call you back, but we cannot take reservations directly through email.

For workshops, please pre-pay at the office or over the phone. Preregistration is important — we will cancel a program if there are not enough pre-registrations.

We accept cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard.

Performance tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a performance, let us know. You may donate your tickets back to Unison for resale prior to the performance. Unison will acknowledge your donation with a receipt for tax purposes.

We urge parents of young children to respect our artists and audiences by taking restless or crying children into the lobby.
