Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese healing and martial art. Its slow and graceful movements promote health and restore harmony of mind, body and spirit. Students learn how to combine proper body alignment with breathing, relaxation and concentration in a way that increases the flow of vital energy, or “Qi”, inside the body.
