Tai Chi Chuan
Chi
with Martha Cheo

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese healing and martial art. Its slow, graceful movements promote health, develop strength, balance and coordination and restore harmony of mind, body and spirit. Students learn to combine proper body alignment with breathing, relaxation and concentration in a way that increases the flow of vital energy inside the body. The class provides step-by-step instruction in the Yang Style long form, a traditional form that retains the original martial arts applications.

Instructor Martha Cheo has been practicing Tai Chi Chuan for 18 years and also teaches qi gong and advanced tai chi forms such at Tai Chi fast set, push hands, martial applications and Tai Chi sword, double sticks and fan.
